Departure of Certain Officers
On October 23, 2023, GXO Logistics, Inc. (the “Company”) and Maryclaire Hammond mutually agreed that Ms. Hammond would no longer serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company, effective as of November 3, 2023, and that she would separate from employment with the Company on December 31, 2023 (the “Separation Date”).
